The 2011 Chinese Visa Application Form (Form V. 2011A and Form V. 2011B), aimed at upgrading the visa services and improve the application process, will be in effect on and from 3rd January 2011. The existing Application Form (Q-2007) can still be used until June 30, 2011. It is mandatory to complete all applications before submission at the Consular Office.
