New version of Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China will come into use on September 1, 2013. ALL visa applicants are required to use the new Form and  apply for corresponding visa listed on the form from September 1, 2013 Please fill out the form truthfully, completely and clearly. Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of the visa application.
