No Rush Serivce for Passport Holders of 16 Countries

From 5th July 2012, the Visa Section temporarily have no Urgent or Express serivce for the passport holders of following countries in principle:
Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, France.
